Elizabeth catching up

I still have my 45 of it, Kim! In fact, I still have ALL my 45s. And all my old albums. And I recently shelled out forty bucks for the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew mysteries on DVD, even though I didn’t give a damn about that tramp Nancy and only wanted to hear Shaun Cassidy sing “Da Do Ron Ron” again. (And it occurs to me that by admitting all that, I have just confessed to STILL being a geek. Dang.)
Shaun Cassidy ?????? oh ick!
the other Boy Hardy was much better looking...more rugged, in a time of Barry Manilow, that was a feat!
(yeah, what was UP with Nancy? She wasn’t such a tramp in her books...did TV go to her head?)
I know! Shaun Cassidy is such a pretty boy! When I looked at the DVD case, all I could think was, “Man, I must have had some REALLY overactive hormones when I was a teenager.” That all changed, though, when I saw “Star Wars.” After a dose of Harrison Ford, there was no going back…
Elizabeth,
From Christina’s lovely younger daughter, I just have to say (with dripping sarcasm and a penchant for cruelty), what’s a 45?
*g*
Gee, the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree, does it?
Listen up, missy. Just because we promised not to talk about our kids on the blog doesn’t mean we don’t discuss them freely amongst ourselves. I know things, Ms. Christina’s Youngest. And I didn’t promise not to talk about HER kids on this blog, only my own.
Put that in your 45 and smoke it.
Elizabeth, I still have 45’s, 33’s and even Daddy’s old 78’s. And yes I loved the Archies and Sugar Sugar. Guessing we are close to the same age. lol I’m 4..... lol
What a coincidence, Debbie! I’m ... years old, too!
OMG! Elizabeth!
To this day “Sugar, Sugar” is my favorite-est song in the whole world! Since I was about 5
I didn’t think anyone else even knew that song. LOL
